1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services for single-file HTML/CSS/JS solutions with inline styles, you ("Client") agree to these Terms and Conditions established by Inari Dev.
2. Scope of Services
- Custom-built HTML with embedded JavaScript and inline CSS
- Cross-platform and responsive where applicable
- No external dependencies unless specified
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete specifications
- Test code in their specific environment or use-case
- Request corrections within 7 days of delivery
4. Revisions and Support
One round of minor revisions is included. Major structural or functional changes may be quoted separately. Support for bug fixes is included for 7 days post-delivery.
5. Ownership
The client receives full rights to use and modify the final deliverables upon full payment. The Company retains the right to use abstract logic or non-identifiable structures in future work unless under NDA.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- We are not liable for third-party conflicts (CMS, frameworks, plugins)
- We do not guarantee functionality outside the specified environment
- We are not responsible for post-delivery edits by the Client
7. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit may be required. Final payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Confidentiality
All client data, code, and discussions are confidential. An NDA can be signed upon request.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate in writing. Work completed to date will be billed and delivered.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].
